About Products:

  • The backrest mesh is broken.

Please contact us and we will arrange the delivery of replacement.

  • The chair is too short for me.

Please adjust it to the maximum height to see if it’s suitable for you. If not, we recommend changing a gas lift.

  • What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a defective, incorrect or incomplete product, please contact us immediately and keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If your replacement product is out of stock, we will notify you immediately after the estimated arrival date, and work with you to suggest a suitable replacement product.

  • I hear noises when sitting on the chair.

Please check if all parts of the chair have been installed tightly. If not, there might be problem with the mechanism, and we recommending you sending us a video for further evidence first.

  • Why would the armrestshake?

Please check whether the screws are tightened enough first , then check the shaking of the armrest pad. 

  • The backrest shakes.

The backrest rest might not be installed tightly. It’s recommended to re-install first.

  • There is abnormal odor when the chair is taken out of the box.

Please leave the chair in an airy room for 2-3 days before use.

  • There are scratches or cracks in backrest or other parts.

We hope this does not affect the normal use of the chair, and you can consult us for the the replacement of the parts that have the flaws.

  • There are missing parts of this order.

In this case, please inform us what parts are missing with your order NO. and offer us a photo of all the parts you currently have, then we will report this to the factory and arrange the delivery or work with you for a satisfactory solution.

  • The chair makes me uncomfortable but I cannot find where the problem is.

We are so sorry to bring you an unsatisfactory user experience. Please kindly send us the photo or video of where the problems might lie. In this way, we can better locate the problem and offer you a solution.



About Delivery:

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

Home delivery within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-8 days.

  • The product has not been delivered.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Due to the COVID-19, the shipping might experience delay. Please be patient and we will keep track of it with you.

  • The product fails to be dispatched.

Please contact us and we will confirm with your address again. Then we will report this to the DPD.

  • The shipping information has not been updated.

Due to large quantity of orders, it might take some time before the information is fully updated. Your patience is highly appreciated.


About Order:

  • Can I cancel my order?

For items that have not been delivered or items with delayed delivery, canceling the order will be accepted. Inventory items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after an order is placed. Once the items are shipped, they cannot be canceled.

*Orders of customized or special items cannot be canceled.

  • My order is lost during the delivery.

Please contact the responsible logistic center responsible and report detailed information to them for compensation. If any help concerning this is needed, feel free to contact us.
