Warranty Regulations
- 3-Year Warranty for Ergonomic Chairs and Standing Desks: Our ergonomic chairs and standing desks are backed by a 3-year warranty starting from the delivery date, while some products have an even longer warranty – check the details on each product page!
- Automatic Warranty Activation for Direct Purchases: For items purchased directly from Sihoo, your warranty is automatically activated at the time of purchase—no additional steps are required.
- Filing a Warranty Claim: If you need to make a warranty claim, simply contact our support team via the provided form. Be sure to include details about the issue, and we will work swiftly to resolve it.
- Warranty Coverage: Sihoo’s warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship for 3 years. If your chair or desk breaks down due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will gladly repair or replace it. The warranty is only valid in the regions where our products are shipped. If you ship the product outside these regions, the warranty will be void.

We charge a $15 recycling fee for returns due to buyer’s remorse, which helps us process and recycle returned parts in an environmentally responsible way. This ensures that even returned items are disposed of or repurposed in a way that minimizes environmental harm.
