For returns due to our error, such as defective items that can't be repaired with replacement parts, incorrect goods sent, or duplicate orders, we will handle these promptly. For damaged or defective items upon arrival, please provide photos or videos to support your claim. This is essential for processing your return. If evidence is not provided, the return may be considered "buyer's remorse," and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee may also apply, along with any shipping charges paid by Sihoo.

Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will inspect its condition. If the product is deemed defective, we will issue a refund. If the issue can be resolved with replacement parts, we offer this as a simpler solution, and we can guide you through the repair process to avoid the hassle of returning large items. Please note, we do not send technicians or repair people to customers' homes.

For returns due to customer errors, such as buyer's remorse, wrong item purchased, or incorrect shipping address provided, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping and handling charges will also be deducted from the refund, along with any special shipping offers. After the 30-day return period, product failures can be addressed under Sihoo’s 3-year manufacturer’s warranty.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item within 30 days for a refund. For returns due to customer error, such as buyer's remorse, purchasing the wrong item, or providing the wrong shipping address, 15% of the price of the item in the order will be charged as the default shipping fee.
