You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Sihoo product.
Returns are completely free within the U.S. and Canada as long as the product is not intentionally damaged or misused. We even cover the return shipping cost.
Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide detailed return instructions, including the correct return address and shipping steps.

If your chair qualifies for an exchange, we’ll help arrange the return and send out a replacement or repaired part/product after inspection.
You can return a product for any reason—discomfort, personal preference, or unexpected fit issues—as long as it’s within 30 days and not intentionally damaged. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
The product should be in reasonable condition, showing normal use. However, products that have been intentionally damaged—for example, spray-painted, burned, dismantled improperly, or submerged in water—do not qualify for free return or refund. Customers may be held responsible for associated fees if misuse is determined.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll process your refund promptly—typically within 7 business days after inspection.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method after the returned product passes inspection. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
