At Sihoo, we pride ourselves on creating top-quality ergonomic products that stand the test of time. The Sihoo Warranty offers three (3) years of warranty protection on our ergonomic chairs and standing desks, starting from the date of delivery.
To activate your warranty, please follow the instructions provided with your product or click here within seven days of receiving your item. For purchases made directly through us, warranty activation is automatic and not required. However, if you bought your product through an authorized third-party seller, such as Amazon, you will need to either register your warranty or provide proof of purchase to ensure coverage.

Warranty Coverage
Our ergonomic chairs and standing desks are designed to meet the highest standards of quality and durability. We stand behind our products and will gladly replace any item that malfunctions during the warranty period. The Sihoo Warranty is valid within the countries where our products are shipped and excludes any products used outside these regions. If you choose to ship our products to other regions using a third-party service, the warranty will be void.
Our warranty policy applies to the original customer transactions from Sihoo and our authorized resellers with proof of purchase. It is non-transferable, meaning that if you purchase our products from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces, such as eBay, the warranty will not apply. Additionally, the warranty will be voided if original parts are replaced with non-Sihoo components or if third-party accessories are used with our products.
What’s Not Covered by the Warranty
- Variations in surface finish or color, including those caused by exposure to sunlight or temperature changes.
- Discoloration due to stains, inks, or dyes.
- Damage from non-standard usage, including excessive weight or improper installation.
- Normal wear and tear, textile pilling, and natural wood grain variations.
- Any damage caused by chemical cleaners that affect the finish.
