Frequently Asked Questions

Warranty Activation

How do I activate my warranty?

You can activate your warranty within seven days of receiving your product. If you purchased directly from Sihoo’s official U.S. website, your warranty is automatically activated—no further action is needed.

Warranty Coverage

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including structural damage and component failures. It does not cover damage resulting from improper use, external factors, or natural wear and tear.

Where is the warranty valid?

The warranty is valid in the countries where our products are shipped. If you use a third-party service to ship the product to other regions, the warranty will be void.

Purchase Channels & Warranty

Which purchase channels are eligible for the warranty?

Products purchased through the Sihoo website or authorized resellers are eligible for warranty coverage. Products purchased from unauthorized platforms are not covered by the warranty.

Is the warranty transferable?

The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If you sell or give the product to someone else, the warranty will no longer be valid.

Handle Warranty Issues

How do I file a warranty claim?

If you encounter any issues during the warranty period, you can submit a warranty claim form on our website, detailing the problem. Our support team will contact you promptly with a solution.

Do I need to pay for shipping during a warranty service?

During the warranty period, Sihoo will cover the shipping costs for repairs or replacements due to manufacturing defects. For services not covered by the warranty, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
