How to choose a right ergonomic office chair?

Check out our buying guide for you!

M57 is comfortable to sit on, whether that's for a couple hours or more a proper marathon work slog. It's functional and keeps you upright in a comfy way. And I suppose that's sort of perfect given it's a work chair.

A quick turn of the wheel behind the chair can lessen or deepen the intensity, and I’ve found that when working, the soft retention against my spine keeps me comfortably upright.

    Best Chair I've ever owned

I was gifted this chair in February 2024, and it's over 2 years old. Amazing spinal and headrest support during long sitting sessions. comfortable and breathable material that doesn't make you sweat at all. The adjustable armrests are great; they turn and move wherever you'd like. The chair's metal base is very strong and can support a lot of weight. Easy Assembly when building this chair, and it includes all the tools needed to assemble the chair.

I bought the M57 for my home office after using a dining chair for almost a year. The difference was immediate. I am 5 ft 8 and around 165 lbs, and the chair fits me well without feeling oversized. The mesh seat is firmer than a cushion, but in a good way. It does not sink, and I feel like my posture stays more upright through the day. The lumbar support took a couple of days to get used to because it is more noticeable than my previous chair, but now I actually like it. Assembly took around 40 minutes by myself. A second person would have made attaching the backrest easier, but it was still manageable. The headrest is useful when I lean back for breaks, and the armrests line up well with my desk. Overall, this feels like a very solid chair for daily work.

I replaced a gaming chair with the M57 and wish I had done it earlier. The gaming chair looked nice but pushed my shoulders forward and got extremely hot. The M57 feels more open and supportive. The mesh back allows air through, the lumbar support is in the right place, and the seat does not feel cheap. The recline is comfortable for short breaks, although I would not call it a nap chair. It is clearly made more for productivity and posture than lounging. That is exactly what I needed.

I rarely leave reviews, but this chair deserves one. I had lower back discomfort from sitting on a cheap padded chair for long hours. After switching to the M57, I noticed that I was not shifting around as much during work. The chair encourages a better sitting position without feeling like a medical chair. I like the adjustable headrest and the recline for short breaks. The mesh feels durable and supportive. It was packed well, with all tools included. I assembled it alone in about 50 minutes. The only annoying part was holding the backrest in place while tightening the screws. Once assembled, it feels solid and stable. I would recommend it to anyone working from home.

I use this chair for work and gaming, usually 8 to 10 hours a day. The best part is definitely the mesh. My old faux leather chair looked nice at first but got hot very quickly and started peeling after about a year. The M57 feels much better for long sitting, especially in warm weather. The back support is firm, but it keeps me from slouching. I also like that the headrest can be adjusted enough to support my neck when I recline. The chair is not perfect. The armrests are a little hard, and the assembly instructions could be clearer in a few steps. But once everything is together, it feels stable, quiet, and much more ergonomic than most chairs in this price range. I would buy it again.
