1. Who can join the program?

Anyone passionate about ergonomics and willing to provide honest feedback can participate.

Due to the regional delivery policy, the review program of sihoooffice.com is only for U.S. and CA volunteers. If you're in another country, please visit the Sihoo website for your region to learn about the local review program!

2. Do I need to pay for the product?

No! You’ll receive the product for free in exchange for your feedback.

3. How do I submit my feedback?

After using the product for 30 days, you’ll be asked to fill out a short survey or provide a review.

4. Is the Review Program open year-round?

No. The time period in which we opened our review program is as follows:
1. March-April and September-October each year
2. the first month of the new product launch

We will notify our subscribers by email when the review program starts, at that time you will see the form-filling window in the review application page, you can directly fill in the form to submit, or contact us by email marketing_us@sihoo.com or marketing@sihoo.com

5. What will be the products I can apply for review?

We will decide the products to be evaluated in the cycle according to the specific needs of our project, which includes our existing products, upcoming products, and products under development. Usually, our evaluation program mainly focuses on ergonomic office chair, and the quota of the program about standing desk accounts for about 10%.
