The lumbar support automatically adjusts as you lean back, which I found helpful, and the wheelbase is solid metal, not nylon, so there is less chance of it coming loose over time.
The netting material makes the chair comfortable on hot days, durable, and able to withstand extended use. And the upshot is a light and relatively compact seat, making it ideal for home office use.

I didn't realize how uncomfortable my old chair was until I got this one! The head rest, lumbar support, and seat cushion is everything I need as a tall plus sized office worker. The only thing I'd change is being able to move the arm rest up and down (they flip, go side to side and shift front to back) but that's likely something I'll just get used to! I highly recommend this seat for anyone who works long office hours and tends to forget to get up and stretch!

I really like this chair. I didn't find it difficult to put together at all. I put it together sitting on the couch. Holding the pieces in my lap made it easy to support everything while attaching it. The instructions are clear and all of the hardware is separated into it's own section. It's very straightforward. Everything is well made. It's a heavy chair. Heavy duty.I think it's very comfortable. There are many adjustments that can be made. The lumbar support can't be adjusted on it's own but the entire back section of the chair can be raised and lowered. The head rest can be raised and lowered, as well as tilted. The arm rests can be raised and lowered and rotated in and out. The back can be locked in place in 4 different positions, or set to recline freely. And, of course, the chair can be raised and lowered. The raising and lowering everything except the hydraulic lift is done by lifting whichever piece you are adjusting to the maximum level, lowering it to the bottom level, and raising it click by click like a ratchet system.I can sit in it all day and still find it comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

The 3D armrests are so comfy. They adjust in all directions and feel way better than the hard plastic ones I had before. My elbows and wrists say thank you!; The lumbar support is the real MVP here. It moves with me and gives my lower back some love while I’m sitting for hours. My back doesn’t ache like it used to — huge win. If you’re working from home a lot, don’t cheap out on your chair. This one’s super comfy, supports your back, and makes sitting all day way more bearable. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat!
